IMAGE RESOLUTIONS:

• For our large format printers, image resolution should be 300dpi, but can possibly be as low as 72dpi at final size
in some cases, which can be determined upon review.

• Be aware that certain colors will not print exactly as specified on certain printers on certain media.

• Due to the nature of manufacturing and production, slight variations in finished product are possible.

Raster Artwork

A raster image is represented by an evenly spaced array of colored pixels typically generated by scanners, digital
cameras or software such as Adobe Photoshop. Raster images can represent photographs but when the image is
enlarged it will become pixilated as the pixels become large enough to easily see. This format is only acceptable for
photographic processes in which case the image should be high resolution (300 dots per inch).

Vector Artwork

A vector image is represented by a series of shapes including lines, eclipses and parameterized curves typically
generated with software such as Adobe Illustrator. Vector images can be produced to any size without loss of
quality. This type of image is typically necessary for all product decoration techniques except photographic
processes.
